Armon Italia was founded by two architects and one engineer
with decades of combined experience in real estate development and construction.

Having lived and worked extensively between Italy and Israel,
we developed a deep understanding of the cultural, professional and operational challenges faced by international clients investing in Italy.

Over the years, we observed that most difficulties did not arise from technical complexity,but from fragmented management, lack of coordination and unclear responsibility. Armon Italia was created to address this gap.

While Armon Italia is led by its founders, each project is supported by a dedicated team of legal, technical and design professionals, selected specifically for the project’s goals, location and complexity.
Simone Dell'Ariccia
Founder / Architect
Architect with a background in building engineering and project management.
After working with leading firms in Tel Aviv, he is now based in Rome, coordinating architectural and technical teams for complex property projects.

Bruno Anav
Founder / Engineer
Structural engineer with extensive experience in the Italian construction and project management system.
Having lived and worked in Israel, he brings a deep understanding of the Israeli professional and cultural context, bridging technical rigor with international expectations.
Yael Leibovicth
Founder / Architect
Architect with international training, graduated from the Technion and specialized in architecture and urban planning at the Politecnico di Milano.
Based in Rome, she focuses on architectural design and coordination of complex construction processes for international clients.
